Reflection on documentary process;
What we accomplished thus far;
we accomplished alot. We already have about two hours video done. We did a lot of experiments as well, we also have all our interviewers in line. We started early and hope to finish early.
What was challengeing;
Well we ran into a lot of challenging one of them was how to have the camera at the right times. for the experiment that we did it was crucial for us to get a lot of the comments said or the responses with out anyone having to alter their statements because of the camera. Also because of the fact that it was kind of a personal topic it was kind of emotional at times.
What has worked well;
Their were a lot of things that also worked really well, I was moved by Cage's bravery for doing what she did and it was also inspiring because besides some of the negative comments their were a few that really made my day and even surprised me and her. That is what i think i want our video to be about.
Are we working together;
heck YEAH!!! it is going really well
what needs to change and how can we change it
well as for know we need to start thinking about exactly what our message is going to be, it seems like the documentary is making itself into what ever it whats to. We need to cut out a lot of stop make is smaller but and more focused.

What did I learn;
I learned that seeing is not always believing, while you don't have to see to believe. I think reading teaches us what a documentary is or what it is not. However this question cant necessarily be answered because of the fact of how is the one who gets to decide what is a documentary or not. A documentary and "like" a documentary are too close to each other in meaning because if its like a documentary so it must have the basic format of a documentary. I don't know its hard to explain but understood the logic behind it. The part about the begging of the invention of movies also helped to explain that what is defined today is meant to be broken tomorrow.
